If you go over the number of messages included in your plan, these are the rates that apply.

Operational

Operational messages are automated communications related to appointments, such as confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, and payments. Each plan includes a monthly quota of operational messages. If you exceed the limit, additional messages are charged based on the channel used.
